Employment Branding

Employment branding describes how an organisation communicates and develops its identity as a place to work. It is commonly used as another term for employer branding.

Example

An organisation explains its working practices and development opportunities consistently across job adverts, careers content and recruitment conversations.

What to keep in mind

Use the same terminology consistently within the organisation. Branding should reflect actual employee experience rather than create promises that the employer cannot deliver after a candidate joins.
