Hiring Plan

A hiring plan sets out the roles an organisation intends to fill, when they are needed and how recruitment will be delivered. It connects priorities, budgets and responsibilities.

Example

A growing team schedules two early hires for experienced specialists and later hires for junior roles after the specialists can provide supervision.

What to keep in mind

Account for approval, notice periods and onboarding capacity rather than only the desired start date. Review the plan when demand, budgets or internal staffing options change.
