HR Reporting

HR reporting presents workforce information in a structured form for operational, management or statutory purposes. Reports may cover staffing, pay, absence, recruitment and other defined topics.

Example

A monthly report explains changes in headcount, open roles and departures, with definitions and comparisons to the previous reporting period.

What to keep in mind

Reports should identify the population, dates and source of the information. Control access to personal data and distinguish a recorded fact from an interpretation or an untested explanation.
