Human Centric HR

Human-centric HR designs policies and services around people's actual needs and experiences while meeting organisational requirements. It uses employee input to make processes understandable, accessible and workable.

Example

HR tests a leave-request process with employees on different shifts and simplifies steps that were causing confusion or excluding people without regular computer access.

What to keep in mind

The label should correspond to practical decisions, not just friendly language. Balance different needs fairly and explain limits where legal, operational or budget requirements constrain the available choices.
