Workforce Intelligence

Workforce intelligence is a broad term for combining workforce data and contextual analysis to support decisions. It may include internal records, skills information and relevant labour-market evidence.

Example

A planner combines internal skills availability with external recruitment conditions to assess how quickly a new service could be staffed.

What to keep in mind

The term is not a standard analytical method. Ask what data, assumptions and validation support the conclusions, and do not treat a vendor's prediction as an established fact about an employee or market.
