HR Scorecard

An HR scorecard is a structured set of measures used to assess HR's contribution, services or progress against objectives. It links selected indicators with targets and responsibilities.

Example

An HR team reports hiring delivery, payroll accuracy and progress on priority skills, explaining which actions are underway where results fall short.

What to keep in mind

A scorecard differs from a data dump because it should support accountability and decisions. Avoid attributing organisation-wide outcomes entirely to HR when line management or external conditions also influence them.
