People Scorecard

A people scorecard summarises selected outcomes relating to the workforce, such as capability, experience, retention and inclusion. Organisations define its content according to their priorities.

Example

A leadership team reviews a scorecard that combines key-role coverage, employee feedback and internal movement to discuss where workforce support is needed.

What to keep in mind

The label has no universal standard. Publish definitions and data limitations, and avoid reducing complex employment conditions to a single composite score without explaining the weighting.
