HR Service Delivery

HR service delivery is how employees and managers obtain HR information, transactions and advice. It includes channels, ownership, response standards and the coordination of routine and complex work.

Example

An employee submits a payroll question through a portal, receives an acknowledgement and is directed to a specialist if the service team cannot resolve it.

What to keep in mind

Design around resolving the user's issue rather than merely closing a ticket. Make escalation routes clear and provide appropriate confidential channels for sensitive employee relations or health matters.
